Apple and Prune Stuffed Pork Loin

One thing I adore is time that I can steal away on Saturday to have a cup of tea and watch some food TV.  It is total relaxation mode for me.
























What is even better is when I get inspired!  A friend from college was coming to dinner and Anne Burrell made the perfect thing, Apple and Prune Stuffed Pork Loin!


It was amazing!  I have never been disappointed with Anne Burrell's recipes.  She has such a gift for matching flavors and preparing classic food.

I followed the recipes to a tee.  You should too! Enjoy!

  2. I wish my husband liked sweet with meat - I think its a great pairing, but he kind of throws up in his mouth a bit at the mere suggestion of adding fruit to his beloved meat!
