Mint Pimm's

I was introduced to Pimm's while I lived in Ohio.  It is a liquor typically found in the UK but is now more and more available in the US.  It is refreshing and divine.  It is best enjoyed with good friends!  Please note the glass, I may or may not have obtained this from a pub in London.  Isn't it fabulous?

Mint Pimm's
1 cup of Pimm's
3 1/2 cups of lemon-lime soda (I use Diet 7-up)
6 lemon slices
20 mint leaves

Combine all the ingredients in a pitcher.  Stir gently and place in the refrigerator to chill.  Pour over ice and garnish with a lemon slice and a sprig of mint.  Enjoy!

  3. Hi Liz:
I like the new opening photo. I think the description of the Pimm's recipe should have some slurred words in it. "So then yu plop shum lemin it the thingg.... hup! oops.."
