This is a GREAT recipe especially for entertaining. You make it ahead of time, pop it in the oven, and pull it out just as folks are arriving. You will look like a star without even breaking a sweat. Sorry the picture isn't great...
Well it doesn't matter if the picture isn't your favorite, as long as it tasted good. I can see all the elements and they all look good to me! We made it for dinner this evening and it was a big hit. I will make it again, like you said, it is great to have something to make ahead when you have guests overnight, etc.
ReplyDeleteI have the same fears about egg and bread combinations, but this one turned out really well. The texture can be a little iffy sometimes, but we were impressed this time around. Great dish to serve guests!
