This is my first week back to CEiMB after a long time. I do like that it gets me to try new recipes and introduces me to other folks that love to cook healthy, reasonable food.
This week, Bri chose our recipe. I love roasted tomatoes, garlic, and Cannellini beans so I was sold! It was a cinch to prepare and the light dressing of roasted garlic and lemon is very good. My husband and brother-in-law seemed to enjoy it too! Great choice!
