Emerald Stir Fry

This week Emerald Stir Fry was chosen for CEiMB.  I don't usually make asian food all that often so this is something a bit different.

I really like this recipe.  I did substitute pork for the beef however.  The sauce had fresh orange juice in it which I thought was great against the broccoli and asparagus.  I think next time I will omit the snow peas and increase the edamame.  Enjoy!

  1. Looks good. I'm going to make this for tonights dinner, so I will be late in posting. I just might increase the edamame now!

PS...love those candle holders on your header up there. So pretty!

  2. This was my first experience with edamame, but I really liked it! I thought it added a great texture. I used frozen snow peas which turned mushy - blech. It's great that this recipe was so customizable!

  3. This was a very forgiving recipe. Add/subtract and still good.

    Yours looks delicious.
