The dish reminds me of the Ratatoulle that Janet recently made. (I think I spelled it wrong?)

ReplyDeleteThat is funny. I've been thinking about succotash too. Who would have thought that would be the recipe to wake all of us up?
ReplyDeleteI'm going to a vegan holiday cooking class on Sunday. Thought it would widen my cooking horizons as I tend to stay in my comfort zone. I'll tell you how it goes. p.s. I love lima beans.
I think you could use cannelini beans but you really should man up and use the lima beans! ;)
