Apple Cranberry Crumble

It is no secret that I love almost any recipe from Ina Garten.  This is a variation on her Peach Blueberry Crumble.  I used Jonagold apples and fresh cranberries instead.  It was fantastic. 

I took it to a friend's house since they were kind enough to cook dinner, a great Italian dinner at that!  The crumble was warm and not too sweet even though there is quite a bit of sugar in the recipe.  I think I would cut back on the sugar if I was using a less tart fruit combination.  Of course you have to top it off with a scoop of good vanilla ice cream!  Enjoy!
