So I know my posting has been less than sporadic lately. Don't worry I've been cooking and we've been eating. However, most of our meals have been salads of amazing vegetables from our local Farmer's Market and various grilled meats; it is summer after all. I would say we have been eating well.
So, as a teaser I thought I might share with you some of the produce that I purchased, washed and put away this morning.
August is produce heaven and I am excited to spend some hours in the kitchen today. I promise recipes to come this week using all these amazing ingredients!!
I shop at Farmer's Markets like I do bookstores, there's something special about it! Especially like it when they have a reduced item table!
