This weeks CEiMB recipe, Marinated Lamb Chops, was chosen by Dining with Debbie.
I love lamb chops but opted to substitute chicken because we try to avoid red meat in our house. I really enjoyed the flavors of the marinade. The flavor was really intense since this was intended for lamb for which bold flavors are a must. Honestly though how could you go wrong with garlic, lemon, and oregano? It was a great way to wake up our typical weeknight grilled chicken.

We used pork, but I thought this would be awesome on chicken as well. I loved the flavor combination and how intense the marinade was. Yum! Beautiful picture.
